Where can I download some Adobe Photoshop programs? Also, what programs and how do I ink some of my pictures?
I need a downloadable program that allows my to ink some of my scanned pictures. Starting a webcomic idea again. But I need a good downloadable, hopefully free adobe photoshop program that I can use to color and ink my drawings so that they're like everyone else's.

Adobe Photoshop CS2
Adobe Photoshop 6.0 Update 6.0.1 or Adobe Photoshop 7.0 Update 7.0.1
Adobe Photoshop CS3 beta
here are also some softwares you might find very useful (as i did):
Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo XI
Photo Pos Pro 1.35
but you might find other SW you might find more to your liking there…
some of them only habe at least 15 days of trial period (free usage) then you'd have to buy the whole package if you want to continue using, but many of them are not, only that some few features in the bought version might not be available in the free version.

try starting with Gimp,

if you have scanner, assume you have software with it, so from gimp you would, select source twain,
then acquire image from scanner,
upload to image editor, and apply ink filters effects,
or manually re-draw image over background in new layer,
other way to edit images is to use illustrator like inkscape and re-draw lines,
Inkscape. Draw Freely.
