Hi, what are the best websites for photoshop tutorials? Preferabbly for photo effects because I like photography.

If you want a website try www.blibs.com
if you want to just put effects,mess around with the photos
try Microsoft Publisher or Adobe Photoshop.
They all work great but i prefer to use Adobe Photoshop.
